With 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Stuart is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-planned retirement strategy.

Stuart has passed the Series 6, 7 and 63 securities exams and is licensed in life and health insurance and variable annuities in the state of Michigan. He has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University.

A self-described “hockey Dad forever,” Stuart likes to travel and spend time with his two sons, Josh and Zach. He also is president of the Michigan Jewish Sports Foundation (Michigan Jewish Sports Hall of Fame).

PETER MENDLER, JD Vice President

After serving as an agent for the IRS and working at the worldwide tax department of General Motors Co., Pete realized he wanted to work with families directly to help make a positive impact on their financial futures.

Pete joined the Raider Dennis Agency in 1999 and now puts his more than 35 years of industry experience to work, helping clients manage their finances and pursue their goals.

Pete has passed the Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities exams and is licensed in life and health insurance and variable annuities in the state of Michigan. He has accounting and law degrees from Wayne State University.

Pete has been married to his high school sweetheart, Vickie, for nearly 40 years. They have two grown daughters, Melissa and Stephanie, and five grandchildren. Away from the office, Pete likes spending time with his wonderful grandchildren, running and playing tennis. He also serves on the board of his church.

ALLEN GOLDSMITHInsurance Professional

Allen has more than 35 years of experience in the health insurance market. He began his career working for General American, Sun Life and Metropolitan Life as an insurance agent. Allen joined the Raider Dennis Agency in 1990; he assists clients with Medicare, individual and group health insurance, long-term and short-term care, and dental and vision coverage.

Allen holds licenses in life and health insurance and fixed annuities in the state of Michigan. He and his assistant, Brenda Carey, work hard to keep their clients informed and help them navigate the ever-changing world of health insurance.

Allen enjoys spending his free time reading and being a sports enthusiast. Allen has two adult sons and four grandsons, and he enjoys traveling to spend time with them in Toronto and Arizona.

Joshua RaiderInsurance Professional

Josh’s passion for helping others came from watching his father and grandfather run the family business. Those lessons taught him that people need support, both in good times and in bad. He carries that experience with him today as he helps people in the Greater Metro Detroit area work toward the retirement of their dreams.

Josh is licensed to offer life and health insurance products. He holds a degree in psychology from Oakland University.

Away from the office, Josh stays active playing in his hockey league; spending time with his cat, Arya; and growing his saltwater reef collection.
